When fertile days occur

The calculation of fertile days allows us to determine which days of the menstrual cycle are most likely to occur during fertilisation. How to calculate when fertile days are fertile?

Calendar of fertile days

Fecund fruit days are calculated on the basis of the length of the menstrual cycle and the length of its individual phases. It is assumed that to calculate the first fertile day, the number of days occurring in the shortest cycle so far should be taken into account and subtracted from this number 18. The last fertile day is obtained by subtracting from the number of days in the longest cycle the number 11. On the Internet you can find a fertile day calculator, which will facilitate the calculation and help to avoid confusion. In order to create a calendar of fertile days using the calculator, the date on which the last bleeding began and the number of days in the average cycle must be given. The result of the calculations is information about when the next fertile days fall out and how long they will last. It is important to remember that due to hormonal changes, irregular cycle lengths and the effects of medication, stress and fatigue on female fertility, the calendar of fertile days should only be considered as an aid to family planning and not as the only contraceptive method used.

Fecund days and phase of the cycle

The calendar of fertile days is based on the different phases of the cycle and what changes take place in a woman's body during this time. The beginning of each cycle is bleeding, the appearance of which means that there was no conception in the previous cycles. The end of bleeding means the beginning of a phase of relatively infertile days, but the number and occurrence of these days depends on the length and regularity of the cycle: if the cycles are very irregular or extremely short, infertile days may not occur at all after the end of bleeding. After the end, or immediately after menstrual bleeding, there are fertile days, the peak of which is ovulation, which usually takes place in the middle of the cycle. During ovulation, the egg, ready for fertilization, is released from the fallopian tube and pregnancy is possible for another 3-4 days. Days just before and after ovulation are considered to be the most fertile in the entire cycle. After this time, the fertile days begin and last until the beginning of the next cycle.
